A focused visit for a health concern, follow-up, or everyday primary-care need.
A visit that includes medically indicated point-of-care testing performed in the clinic.
A more comprehensive visit when an EKG or therapeutic injection is clinically appropriate.
Testing performed by an outside reference laboratory is not included. The performing laboratory will bill separately.
Imaging studies and specialty procedures are not included in the office visit fee and may be billed by the facility performing the service.
Medications and services outside the scope of the office visit are not included and may result in additional charges.
